GajaFit collects launch enquiries for its gym management software. This notice is prepared with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 in mind. It is not a claim of legal compliance and must be reviewed before launch.
What we collect and why
The form collects your name, gym name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, chosen language, and your agreement to launch contact. We use them to respond to your interest and contact you about the GajaFit launch, not for unrelated marketing.
Who processes the form
Web3Forms receives and processes submissions and delivers notifications to hello@gajafit.lk. hCaptcha processes security-check information, which can include IP address, device and interaction data. These providers may process data outside Sri Lanka. Review their privacy policies for details.
Your choices and rights
Submitting is voluntary. You can withdraw consent or ask about access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights by emailing hello@gajafit.lk. If you choose WhatsApp instead, the details in the message are shared with WhatsApp/Meta and GajaFit when you send it. Opening the link does not send the message automatically.
Retention and responsibility
Launch-contact details should be removed when the launch-contact purpose ends or consent is withdrawn, subject to applicable legal obligations. Before publication, GajaFit must confirm the controller's legal name and address, an actual retention schedule, provider contracts and cross-border processing safeguards. Provider copies and email backups require their own deletion process.
Storage on your device
This site remembers your language and personal rep count in localStorage. sessionStorage remembers whether the intro has played. These preferences stay in your browser and are not submitted with the form. The teaser, if enabled, loads only when requested; its desktop background version is optional.
Site measurement and hosting
Analytics is currently disabled. The hosting provider may process standard request logs to deliver and protect the site.
